Golojoy Tech Co., Ltd. offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every Golojoy subscription plan. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date — no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed directly by Golojoy Tech Co., Ltd. To request one, email us at billing@golojoy.com and we will arrange it for you.
What happens next
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your subscription is cancelled at the same time and access to paid plan features ends.
Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings; cancelling stops future charges. If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will refund it.
Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund rights you have under applicable consumer law and under Thai consumer protection law. Nothing here limits those rights.
